After taking a first look at the bigger brother Razr 70 Ultra, here come the press images (leak) dedicated to the standard model. The unofficial renders allow us to preview in advance what the design of Motorola Razr 70 base will look like, while thanks to TENAA certification (published some time ago) we have an almost complete overview of the specifications.
Motorola Razr 70 appears in unofficial press images: design and specifications of the new standard foldable

The look of the new Motorola foldable doesn’t change from the previous Razr 60: we find the usual clamshell form factor but with an external screen slightly smaller than that of the Ultra version. We are talking about 3.6″ vs 4.0″, just enough to leave a portion of the back cover exposed.

The dual camera and the LED flash are integrated into the rear display while inside the device there is room for a large panel of 6.9″ diagonal, slightly smaller than the 7.0″ of Razr 70 Ultra. The press renders – remember, the result of leaks – also show the three colorways in which it should debut, namely Sporting Green, Hematite, Violet Ice.

At the moment the chipset is unknown: TENAA certification cites an octa-core solution up to 2.75 GHz, with no other details. The current Razr 60 debuted with the onboard Dimensity 7400X, so the likely candidate could be the Dimensity 8000 – but this is only a hypothesis.
