Xiaomi presents itself at IFA 2026 in Berlin with a full-scale debut: on one side the smart home appliance brand Mijia, already known on the European market but ready to intensify its presence, and on the other the automotive division.
The company of Lei Jun brings to the fair the hyper-sedan SU7 Ultra, fresh from the Nürburgring record, together with the concept Vision GT. For Xiaomi this is their first participation at IFA and there will be plenty to see!
Xiaomi Mijia enters Europe on a large scale: more than 2,000 products across over 130 categories
Mijia, Xiaomi’s smart home appliances brand, will hold a dedicated press conference on September 3, 2026, with many novelties arriving for the European market. Clearly the figure of 2,000 products distributed across over 130 categories cited by Xiaomi on its social channels does not refer to a lineup designed specifically for the European launch, but to the brand Mijia’s overall catalog.
Among the innovations highlighted for the occasion are a three-tub washing machine, designed for stain removal and fabric separation, a air conditioner that uses millimeter-wave radar technology, and a refrigerator equipped with the Cryo Fresh technology for food preservation.
Mijia claims an approach based on user-centered design, durability, and minimalist aesthetics, and is presented as part of Xiaomi’s broader ecosystem summarized in the slogan “Human × Car × Home”.
Also among the IFA novelties there will be room for CyberOne 2, the second chapter of Xiaomi’s foray into robotics.
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and Vision GT concept: the show expands into automotive
At IFA 2026, from September 4 to 8 at Pavilion 6.2, Stand H6.2-101, Xiaomi also showcases the group’s automotive front, with SU7 Ultra. The supercar has set a new lap record for executive electric cars at the Nürburgring in June 2025, stopping the clock at 6 minutes and 22 seconds.
On the technical side, SU7 Ultra develops a total power of 1,138 kW (1,548 HP) thanks to three motors developed in-house by Xiaomi: a front V6 unit of 288 kW and two rear V8 units of 425 kW each, capable of reaching 27,200 rpm.
0 to 100 km/h acceleration is claimed at 1.98 seconds. The battery is a CATL Qilin 2.0 with 93.7 kWh, with a CLTC range of 620 km. In China, SU7 Ultra is priced at 529,900 yuan, about 68,000 euros at the current exchange rate.
Alongside the SU7 Ultra, Xiaomi also showcases the SU7 Max, with power of 508 kW and a ternary lithium battery of 101.7 kWh, for a declared CLTC range of 835 km and a price in China of 303,900 yuan (about 39,000 euros at current exchange rate).
Regarding Europe distribution, the launch of the SU7 models is officially set for 2027, with no further details confirmed.
Vision GT concept: the prototype for Gran Turismo 7
At the fair there will also be the Vision GT, a concept car that develops 1,900 horsepower on a 900-volt silicon carbide-based electric architecture.
The design, defined by Xiaomi as “Sculpted by the Wind”, translates to a drag coefficient of 0.29 and a downforce-to-drag ratio of 4.1:1, with distinctive features such as cross-shaped headlights that also serve as air ducts and a rear ring-shaped light group used for ventilation.
Vision GT remains a pure exercise in style: it will be drivable only inside the video game Gran Turismo 7 and Xiaomi does not foresee any mass production of the model.
