Xiaomi SkyNomad N70 and N90 (Max): everything you need to know about specs, price and release
Kunlun Platform puts space and modularity at the forefront

The main novelty is the new Kunlun Platform, an architecture designed specifically for EREV vehicles. Xiaomi has completely rethought the placement of the battery, suspensions and powertrain to reduce bulk and achieve a more spacious cabin.
The result is a completely flat floor, from the front row to the trunk, which allows greater freedom in the seat configuration and a loading capacity of up to 1,831 liters. In the case of SkyNomad N90 Max, the interior space also allows seven passengers while leaving room for seven 50 cm suitcases (the standard carry-on).

Dimensions also confirm the position of the two models: N90 Max measures 5,285 x 1,998 x 1,825 mm with a wheelbase of 3,080 mm, while the smaller N70 Max stops at 4,960 x 1,998 x 1,765 mm with a wheelbase of 2,950 mm.
Up to 505 km in electric and 1,705 km overall
Both SUVs adopt the Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) technology based on the new Kunlun HyperRange system, paired with batteries ranging from 52 to 76 kWh.
According to Xiaomi, the SkyNomad N70 Max reaches up to 505 km of range in fully electric mode, while the SkyNomad N90 Max reaches 464 km.
The flagship version can also travel up to 1,705 km on a full tank of fuel and a fully charged battery, thanks to the combination of an electric motor, a range extender and a high-capacity tank.
Safety and technology at the heart of it all

With SkyNomad, the new Kunlun Total Safety system debuts, featuring a steel-aluminium bodyshell with ultra-high-strength steel elements up to 2,200 MPa, plus safety equipment that on the N90 Max includes 12 airbags.
The new Armor Scale Battery integrates 18 levels of structural protection and is designed to resist the severest impacts and limit the risk of thermal propagation of the battery.
The interior is instead managed by a platform based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, with support for Wi-Fi 7, 5G and the voice assistant Hyper XiaoAI, capable of automatically controlling seats, climate control and other vehicle functions via voice commands. The N90 comes standard with massage seats (with 16 pressure points) for the first and second rows, which also offer zero‑gravity mode.
For the assisted driving, Xiaomi uses a platform of around 700 TOPS, LiDAR as standard, 4D radar and the new architecture XLA, developed to improve recognition of the surrounding environment and ADAS capabilities.
