Don’t call it merely mid-range: the new vivo V70 FE, recently announced for Asian markets, is a statement of intent. While some manufacturers struggle to surpass the 5,000 mAh threshold without making devices bulky, vivo has announced an affordable device with 7,000 mAh in a sleek chassis just 7.59 mm thick.
But it’s not just about power: between a 200 MP camera sensor, an AMOLED display and IP69 resistance, the newcomer presents itself as an excellent entry-level model for the V70 series.

As seen in the leaks in recent days, the new smartphone in the series sits just below the recent vivo V70 and V70 Elite: the mid-range sacrifices Zeiss optics and adopts a MediaTek chipset, but there are also many advantages.
First of all, the camera system is based on a main sensor of 200 MP with optical stabilization, accompanied by an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120° FOV. Front-facing, in the central punch hole, sits a 32 MP selfie camera.
Powering it all is the Dimensity 7360 Turbo, with a 7,000 mAh battery and support for 90W fast charging. The display is a 6.83-inch BOE Q10+ AMOLED unit, 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness.
At the moment, vivo V70 FE has been launched only in some Asian markets, with a starting price of around €330 at the current exchange rate (6,499,000 Indonesian rupiahs) for the 8/256 GB version. Remember that vivo V70 is coming to Europe: it remains to be seen whether it will be released on its own or appear alongside the other models in the series.
