The first live images of the OnePlus Nord 6 reveal two pale color variants

Just a short time after the online appearance of its alleged retail packaging, the next mid-range offering from OnePlus is making waves again.

A new leak provides a much more concrete look at the device, shown in a stolen shot directly from the hands of a user.

The photograph in question reveals the terminal in two variants of very delicate colors, named Silver and Mint. These muted, almost pastel colors give the smartphone a sober and elegant look, while maintaining a strong aesthetic continuity with the brand’s recent models and with its parent company Oppo.

The exterior appearance of the camera module clearly echoes the design lines recently chosen by the company, but it’s the technical specifications that have drawn the most attention from industry insiders.

According to the information accompanying the shots, the main sensor will be a Sony LYT-600 with 50 MP and optical image stabilization (OIS). To accompany this main lens, we will find an ultra-wide camera of 8 MP, while the front part of the screen will host a 32 MP camera equipped with autofocus system.

These hardware specs generate some interest, especially when compared to the direct predecessor’s features. The OnePlus Nord 5, in fact, boasted a Sony LYT-700 sensor, placed one step higher in the technical hierarchy of the Japanese manufacturer, as well as a front camera with a higher resolution, reaching as high as 50 MP.

The choice suggests a different allocation of internal resources by the brand, perhaps to favor other design aspects of the device.

High-end performance and battery life like no other

Le indiscrezioni emerse nelle settimane precedenti ci permettono di delineare un quadro estremamente completo delle potenzialità di questo terminale.

The front panel should consist of an AMOLED display of 6.78 inches, characterized by a 1.5K resolution and an extremely high refresh rate of 165 Hz. Under the hood, the device’s engine will be entrusted to a processor from Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 family, and the most persistent rumors point to the adoption of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip.

The memory configuration will not be lacking, with options that include 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM paired with a fixed internal storage space of 256 GB.

However, the absolute highlight resides in the battery module. Rumors speak of an impressively large capacity of 9,000 mAh, a figure well above the current market average, which will be supported by a wired fast charging system capable of reaching 80 W.
