This year, Carl Pei’s brand will not launch a flagship model: due to the current state of the tech world it is more practical to focus on the mid-range, offering affordable solutions — for both the manufacturer and the end user.
In the near future for the company there are Nothing Phone (4a) and (4a) Pro: the launch is right around the corner — as has been apparent for several days — and now an insider reveals a more precise date.
Nothing Phone (4a) and (4a) Pro coming in March: a date surfaces for the brand’s new smartphones

The new Nothing smartphones are expected for early March: the date is not official yet but eyes are on March 5. We are in line with the timelines of the current Phone (3a), with the new generation ready exactly one year apart.
According to insider Yogesh Brar, the lineup will receive an update both technically and in terms of style. A new design is expected and clearly we can expect a look typical for Carl Pei’s company, with a semi-transparent chassis and rear LED lights (all with a futuristic but minimalist aesthetic).
Among the novelties is also the introduction of UFS 3.1 storage, a shortcoming that in the past has sparked a fair amount of controversy. Nothing Phone (4a) and (4a) Pro will use Qualcomm chipsets, apparently the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and 7 Gen 4.
The European energy label has confirmed a battery of 5,080 mAh with 50W charging and an IP65 chassis. For the price there are rumors of figures around $475 and $540, with an increase over the current generation.
