The new electric scooters from the Chinese company appeared in a post on X, with images and various details about the specifications. For now, rumors point to the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 and its Lite version, but the presence of other vehicles cannot be ruled out.

Based on leaks that emerged in the last few hours, Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 presents itself as an electric scooter designed for daily urban mobility, combining high range, good power and a solid structure suitable even for slightly uneven routes.
The scooter features a modern and robust design, with a folding frame that makes transport easier. The weight is about 26 kg while the maximum speed reaches 25 km/h, in line with European regulations. The motor from 400W provides adequate thrust even on uphill climbs, allowing you to tackle slopes up to 18% without particular difficulties.
The range can reach up to 45 km on a single charge, making it ideal for home-to-work trips and daily commuting. A full recharge takes about 8 hours. Other features include 12″ tires, IPX5 certification against water splashes, and Bluetooth connectivity.
There’s also the Lite model
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Lite is the lighter and more compact version, designed for those seeking a practical electric scooter, easy to transport and ideal for short urban trips. The strength is its lightness: with a weight a little over 18 kg, it is much more maneuverable than the standard model.
The folding frame and compact dimensions make it suitable for those who often have to carry it on public transport or store it in tight spaces. The maximum speed is 25 km/h, perfect for urban use, while the 300W motor allows tackling slopes up to 15%, sufficient for most daily situations.
The typical range reaches up to 25 km, making it suitable for short trips such as home-to-work or light commuting. Also in this case, a full recharge takes about 8 hours.
Completing the package are 10″ tires, IPX4 certification and – this time as well – Bluetooth connectivity, which allows connection to a smartphone for monitoring the main information via an app.
When will it debut?
For now there are no clues yet about the launch of Xiaomi’s new electric scooters. A reveal alongside the Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra flagship in Global version is not out of the question, both expected at the start of March – during MWC 2026.
Lei Jun’s company is usually accompanied by wearables and other ecosystem products with its flagships, but as usual the final word remains with the Chinese brand.
