On the occasion of CES 2026, the Asian company is set to redefine the concept of wearable technology with Lenovo AI Glasses Concept. The device aims to transform a regular pair of glasses into an advanced AI workstation, setting itself apart from the usual AR headsets.

Lenovo’s goal is clear: to offer a light, always-connected AI ally that provides access to information and assistance tools without the need to interact with the screen of a smartphone or PC.

The heart of the Lenovo AI Glasses Concept experience is certainly the extremely lightweight design, weighing around 45 grams. A key aspect that ensures maximum comfort during extended usage sessions.

Among the most original features revealed by leaks is the integrated teleprompter mode, designed specifically for presenters, streamers, or professionals who spend a lot of time speaking in front of a camera, allowing them to read texts and notes directly through the lenses.

Control is handled via touch and voice controls built into the frame, enabling answering calls, managing music, or consulting data in a fully hands-free mode.

The system’s AI is powered by Lenovo Qira, a digital assistant that does not physically reside in the glasses but leverages the computing power of a connected smartphone or computer via wireless.

This allows the glasses’ hardware to remain slim and light, delegating heavier workloads to the paired device.

The Lenovo AI Glasses Concept are capable of offering advanced features such as real-time live translation with latency under a millisecond and image recognition via a camera positioned on the front of the frame.

Additionally, the system includes the Catch Me Up feature, which at the start of each day generates an intelligent summary of notifications received on all of the user’s devices.

From a battery life and reliability perspective, internal tests conducted by the company indicate that the glasses can deliver up to eight hours of battery life on a single charge, covering an entire workday.

That said, it’s worth noting that this is still a prototype, as the name implies. According to rumors, Lenovo’s AI smart glasses will be among the stars of CES 2026 – which runs from January 6 to 9 – alongside other novelties such as the brand’s new rollable PC.
