As for the dimensions we have measures of 172.8 x 77.3 x 10.3 mm for a weight of 238 g. The colors in which they are available are: Phantom Black, Storm White, Glossy Black (5 Pro) and Matte White (5 Ultimate). They integrate an AMOLED display from 6,78 "Full HD + with refresh rate a 144 Hz, under which there is an optical fingerprint sensor coupled with 2D facial recognition.
Qualcomm's 5nm SoC includes an octa-core Kryo 680 CPU (1 x 2,84 GHz + 3 x 2,42 GHz + 4 x 1,8 GHz) and a GPU Adreno 660. Side memories we find from 8/12/16/18 GB (Ultimate only) with storage of 128 / 256 / 512 GB, while the battery is one 6.000 mAh with fast charging 65W. The operating system is Android 11 with proprietary ROG UI interface.
The camera of the ROG Phones 5, 5 Pro and 5 Ultimate includes 3 sensors from 64 + 13 + 5 MP f/1.8-2.4-2.0, with wide angle and macro. On the front, however, there is a selfie camera with a sensor from 24 MP f/ 2.5.
