Although it is not a camera phone, the camera it is not an element to be underestimated in the NothingPhone (1), as evidenced by the choice to test it by DxOMark. For its debut in the mobile market, the startup of former OnePlus Carl Pei has chosen to address the mid-range, creating a product that is original and extravagant in its own way. If you exclude the system RGB LED glyphs, the smartphone has some cards to play, whether it is lean software or appreciable hardware.
DxOMark has his say on the camera quality of the Nothing Phone (1)
As for the camera, Nothing Phone (1) has a double sensor on its side, namely the following:

Based on tests conducted by DxOMark, Nothing Phone (1) proves it can capture high details, whether we are talking about outdoor or indoor photos, for an overall score of 114 points. Among the merits of him is the ability to control noise, expose faces accurately, return a well-reproduced contrast and generally have precise focus. At the same time, dynamic range appears limited, color capture artifacts are noticeable, and the Bokeh mode fails to separate subject and background very well.
As for video, Nothing Phone (1) is able to record clips with lots of detail and stabilization that is efficient but can be improved in motion, as well as instability in exposure, autofocus and mirroring the defects of the photos.
