Design and technical specifications
The new robot vacuum cleaner e floor washer launched by Xiaomi presents, as usual, a simple, clean design with elegant lines, like the rest of Mijia products. The device is equipped with robust and resistant drive wheels, which can be driven by the brushless motor overcome obstacles up to 2 cm high.
All this, thanks to the new navigation sensor LDS laser which, combined with obstacle avoidance technology, not only detects and avoids – in fact – every possible obstacle along the way, but is also able to map the entire home for faster and more thorough cleaning.
Xiaomi Mijia Sweeping Robot 2S offers a suction power equal to 4.000 PA and, thanks to its high capacity suction fan and very high speed rotating mops, it can clean and mop the floor effectively.
The robot vacuum cleaner also has a smart water tank and offers three levels of volume adjustment. This provides precise control of water output for more efficient washing. Xiaomi Mijia Sweeping Robot 2S can be controlled remotely from the Mijia app or via voice commands thanks to support for XiaoAI.

Xiaomi Mijia Sweeping Robot 2S was launched in China at a price of 1.999 yuan, which is approximately € 275 per change. Here, the new vacuum cleaner will be available starting next 12th December. At the moment, however, there is no information on the release in other markets.
