The news at Google continues with new updates. In this case we are talking about the Recorder app, present in Pixel smartphones, which has received an update with Android 13 QPR1 Beta. Just the new models Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will be launched with Recorders 4.0: the application dedicated to audio recordings that comes in a new guise.
Pixel Recorder 4.0, now you can finally change the speed of audio recordings
Recorder 4.0, with the new update, offers the possibility of being able to change the speed playing an audio. Going to a saved playback, it is possible to open the menu and select the item "Playback speed": the available options are 0,5x, 1,0x, 1,5x, 2.0x and 3.0x.
The app also expands on the front linguistic: in fact, among the supported languages for transcription, English (India), Spanish (United States) and French (Canada). These are in addition to the already present English (United States), British English, English (Singapore), English (Ireland), English (Australia), Japanese, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
However, these do not seem to be the only news: according to Google "will come soon" the possibility of distinguish several different people they are talking, through the option "Speaker Labels". It involves transcribing the words of all the speakers keeping them separate (and not in a single block, as is the case now). The app update is therefore coming with Pixel 7 and 7 Pro and it will surely make anyone who uses it frequently happy.
