Official RAZR 2022 motorcycle in Italy: it is powerful and costs less

After waiting practically two years, Motorola has decided to bring a new one to market Moto RAZR, updating the leaflet to the version 2022. The brand launches its iconic clamshell smartphone with excellent technical specifications, which however maintains a rather competitive price and indeed lowers: here is everything we know so far about the new Motorola foldable top!

Design and display

What many have called, until official confirmation, Moto RAZR 3 and now it is simply razr 2022, finds a restyling that, albeit light, makes us understand that we wanted to focus on a qualitative leap rather than continuity. The design remains substantially not far from the previous one, but we have a larger external display and a camera bumper with two sensors.

And what about the display? Moto RAZR 2022 is equipped with an internal panel of 6.7" of diagonal, a solution AMOLED folding with resolution Full HD + and ratio in 20: 9 which with loss of notch and punch-hole takes on even more space, with a super refresh rate (to date unpublished on vertical folding) from 144 Hz, in addition to DC Dimming and a hinge third generation orbital. Moving on to the external display, we have a unit OLED da 2.7" with 800 x 573 pixel resolution and a touch panel that can be set with more scenes. The fingerprint sensor, however, remains lateral despite everything.

Features and camera

The technical specifications of the new leaflet Motorcycle razr 2022 are headed by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1: this is the third folding in the world equipped with the latest Qualcomm chipset, given the launch of the models Samsung which was supposed to come later but with Motorola's postponement, they passed it. Regarding memory, we have 8 / 12 GB of RAM L and 128/256/512 GB of storage UFS 3.1.

Another interesting detail concerns the battery, which now rises to 3.500 mAh: a great upgrade over the previous model's 2.800 mAh. This is a double cell battery from 660 + 2.660mAh; the 33W charging support is present. The brand then integrated a stereo audio sector with Dolby support and above all a very interesting vibration engine on high-level X-axis devoted to multimedia.

Moving on to camera, the flagship is equipped with a double module consisting of a main sensor from 50 MP, for an OmniVision OV50A da 1 / 1.55 " with OIS confirmed by the brand and among the best, if not the best for a flip phone to date, accompanied by a module Ultra-wide da 13 MP. A selfie camera is located at the front 32 MP.

Motorola presents Moto RAZR 2022 in Italy today 25 October at the list price equal to €1199,90 in the cut from 8 / 256 GB; a significant drop compared to the € 1.599 that was requested in 2019 for the first folding Moto RAZR.
