Two years after the first chapter, here it comes Razer Kishi V2, the latest incarnation of the controller that turns any device into a gaming smartphone. Compatible for Android e iOS (two versions are available depending on the terminal), the V2 brings with it greater compatibility and new functions that should not be underestimated.
Razer Kishi V2 is official: all about the new controller for Android and iOS
The general design of the Razer Kishi V2 remains unchanged in the structure: once again we are struggling with a smartphone controller with a "telescopic" body. Just insert the phone inside the sliding structure to start playing with maximum comfort. The look of the controller appears more refined compared to its predecessor, with a general modernization. The problems of compatibility have been solved in a big way and now it is possible to house the vast majority of Android smartphones currently on the market (including a giant of the caliber of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra). In addition, the rubber inserts can be removed to even insert a phone with a case.
The handles are more ergonomic, the positioning of the buttons has been slightly revised and the new materials used contribute to offering a premium experience.
Compared to the first generation, progress has also been made internally. The technology is the same used for the much appreciated controller Wolverine V2, with all the advantages in terms of responsiveness and feedback. Next to the triggers are present the two buttons Multifunction programmable while on the software side there is integration with the Razer Nexus app. There are advanced customization features, the ability to update firmware, take clips or screenshots, integrated live streaming.
The new Razer Kishi V2 is available both on the official store and on Amazon, in Android and iOS versions, at the price of €119.9. However, if you are looking for alternatives, in addition to the previous Kishi version we also recommend the excellent one Game Sir X2, a device designed for both mobile games and the GamePass (here you find our review).
