Good news for all owners of POCO X3NFC: update to MIUI 12.5 has come to the gates. POCO it is certainly not the most responsive sub-brand in updating, but slowly all compatible devices are being updated. Among these also appears POCO X3 NFC, which was launched in September 2020 with the then MIUI 12 based on Android 10. Both software components are being updated: not only MIUI, which passes from version 12 to 12.5, but also the version of the green robot.

POCO X3 NFC receives the update with the latest MIUI 12.5
Introduced with the MIUI 12 Beta, Android 11 finally makes its debut with the MIUI 12.5 update for POCO X3 NFC. The build is available for the moment MIUI 12.5 Global, with the build V12.5.1.0.RJGMIXM. However, even in this case it is an update Stable Beta, therefore officially intended only for Beta Testers. If no noteworthy bugs are detected, the same ROM will be released publicly via OTA to all users.
The EEA roll-out starts | Update 24/08
Almost a month later, the update for POCO X3 NFC also comes in the form of MIUI 12.5 EEA. The roll-out of the build has started V12.5.2.0.RJGEUXM in stable format, therefore it should arrive during these hours (or days) to all its European owners. If so, you can still perform manual installation (at your own risk).
Alternatively, you can rely on the Xiaomi.eu port.
