We already know that the official launch of the Black Shark 2 Pro will happen soon, or the 30 July. Meanwhile, the smartphone has made its appearance in the GeekBench database, giving a small taste of its potential. We recall that Snapdragon 855 + has a new architecture from its side Kryo 485, with cores pushing up to 2.96 GHz. Even the GPU Adreno 640 benefits from a frequency boost by switching to 585 a 672 MHz, in addition to the new Vulkan 1.1 driver.
In reality the score shown does not differ much from those seen with standard Snapdragon 855. But you know, these are pre-launch benchmarks, so not entirely reliable. The same can be said for the scores obtained by ASUS ROG Phone 2 right on GeekBench. In this case, with a code name blackshark DLT-A0, this Black Shark 2 Pro brings with it 12 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie. Furthermore, according to previous rumors, the new gaming phone should have quick charge to 27W, the same view with Xiaomi Mi 9.
