The company calls the ElePower Thunder one of the best power banks of 2016, thanks also to the use of 5 LG batteries cylindrical inside, the LGABF1L1865, with which you can recharge smartphones, tablets and digital cameras.
These new batteries produced by LG, of size 18650 (one size larger than the classic AA stylus), are covered with a PVC mesh, have a capacity of 3350 mAh moon. The cutting voltage (ie the maximum or minimum voltage for the stable use of a battery) for these batteries, guaranteed by LG, is of 4.35V when they are loaded and of 2.5V when they are exhausted. The maximum discharge current is of 4.65A thanks also to an internal battery resistance of only 50mΩ. The energy density of the individual batteries is equal to 725Wh / L but, despite this high value, the weight of the individual cells is alone 2 grams more than the LGABB41865 model which has a capacity of only 2600 mAh.
In the practical tests conducted by Elephone, the new ElePower Thunder was able to recharge 5 times higher an iPhone 6 e 2.5 times higher an iPad mini.
