For all MIUIers and Italian fans of Xiaomi here, after a relative moment of silence, was released MIUI 6.1.28 ITA which follows the already started phase of optimization and localization of the ROM in Italian.
Due to the holidays for the celebration of the Chinese New Year it is necessary to wait a little longer for a new release from Xiaomian, in fact, a new release for the next Friday February 19, as Chinese developers are currently on holiday for Chinese New Year holidays and will not be back in business before Monday 15.
Regarding the issued by the MIUI 6.1.28 ITA, we inform you that there are still some terminals for which the download is not available, despite this the developers are working diligently intervening on the issues that still do not allow the release.
Here is the list of terminals not yet available:
- Mi Pad 2 (problem of deodexing and Gapps);
- Mi 3 / 4 (update of the localization based on 6.0);
- Mi Note (update of the localization based on 6.0);
- My Notes Pro (the 6.1.28 release presents a problem that causes brick after reconstruction, the release has been suspended until resolution or new version);
- redmi 3 (start first short tests).
As you will also probably remember, updates are available through the mode OTA, which in the last period is causing quite a few problems, with a very high percentage of upload failed (we even talk about the 95%).
In fact, just in regards to this problem, it was asked to Xiaomi to intervene on the platform because in these conditions it is almost impossible to offer an efficient service. We remind you that, to receive OTA updates, it is still necessary to have installed the version of the MIUI 6.1.7 ITA o top.
