The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has formalized it Xiaomi Redmire 3, medium-low end device that will be launched on the market starting from 10.00 (local time) tomorrow 12st January.
The device, which we have appreciated multiple teaser images in recent days, is characterized by a body made of metal with a design called by the company "plaid"And from the presence of a well battery 4100 mAh with quick charging support 5V / 2A.
According to the company's statement, the software optimization adopted on the MIUI V7 will enable energy savings to be achieved 25% during the standard use of the device.
Under the body we find a processor octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 (4 Core from 1.5 Ghz + 4 Core from 1.2 Ghz) accompanied by a GPU Adreno 405, 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB of internal memory eMMC4.5 expandable via micro SD to 128 GB shared with the double SIM slot. Obviously there will be support for 4G LTE connectivity, but, as usual, the 20 band (800Mhz) will be missing.
The connectivity compartment will be completed by the Wi-Fi b / g / n 2.4Ghz and the GPS with A-GPS and Glonass.
The display, however, is a unit from 5 inches diagonal with resolution HD 1280 x 720 pixel.
As for the photographic sector, the Xiaomi Redmire 3 is characterized, as anticipated in recent days, by a rear camera from 13 mega-pixels with opening f / 2.0 and phase detection focusing PDAF and from a front camera from 5 mega-pixels with opening f / 2.2.
The dimensions of the device, we remember, are of 139.3 x 69.6 x 8.5 mm thick for a weight, battery from 4100 mAh included, of about 143.5 grams.
Lo Xiaomi Redmire 3 will be launched on the market starting tomorrow 12st January in three different colors: Dark gray, silver e gold at a price of 699 yuan, about 97 € at the current exchange rate.
