This new UMi Hammer S will be positioned in the mid-range of the market, the technical specifications, in fact, are anything but enviable: the display is a 5.5-inch unit in HD resolution 1280 x 720 pixels, present 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal memory, the processor is the same mounted by the Meizu M2 (mini), the quad-core LTE MediaTek MT6735 at 64bit from 1.0 Ghz.
Photographic part managed by the two sensors from 2 and 13 mega-pixel, autonomy entrusted to the battery by 3200 mAh and the operating system, which in this case is Android 5.1 Lollipop. If the hardware, in the strict sense, is not the best, what we could call "accessory services" are not to be underestimated:
- 3.0 Type-C USB port;
- infrared sensor;
- fingerprint reader
Aesthetically, the device takes up the line started with UMi Iron and improves it: valuable choices to adopt an aluminum perimeter frame, to insert the system speakers below in order to not "plug" the audio and the off-screen capacitive keys ; not very elegant i cornices blacks of the screen ...
UMi Hammer S is offered on the Chinese and international market at the sum of 149.99 dollars, about 134 euro at the current exchange rate, with shipments that will probably start from the next 15 September.
