The company has launched a new low-end budget device, but it's not an Android smartphone. The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 is in fact a Windows Phone 8.1, with a 4-inch display and dual-core Snapdragon processor. One aspect that companies in this category should work harder on is perhaps the choice of names for their products, which often turns out to be a marketing mistake.
