Probably the best phone ever produced by Micromax, at least the most attractive, the Micromax Canvas Knight is about to become even more powerful thanks to the update to the latest version of the robot, Android 4.4.2 Kitkat!
The Micromax Canvas Knight was launched on the market for the first time last March. Announced as a premium-phone with octa-core processor, Canvas decided to release it on the market from June onwards with Android OS 4.4 Kitkat (initially shipped with Android 4.2 JellyBean). From today, fortunately for those who bought it before June, it will be possible to implement Kitkat also on the first initial version.
This terminal, in addition to the 5 inch display in Full-HD 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and the Mediatek MT6592T 8-core processor from 2.0 Ghz, boasts some other top-of-the-range features, including 2GB RAM, 16 Mega rear camera -pixel etc. All at a price not too competitive, 19.500 rupees or about 278 euro.
The Chinese mobile industry has started its own Kitkat Revolution already since last April thanks to Mediatek's long-awaited decision to "open up" to Chinese smartphone manufacturers.
