Elephone has from poco posted details of his new phone Elephone G3, a terminal designed and built (starting from the user interface) for older users.
According to reports from the company, the G3 would have been produced with the intent of reaching even the fringe of the market traditionally more difficult for a smartphone manufacturer, namely the over-65 one. To achieve this, Elephone has seen fit to create a UI tailored to the new target, Simple UI (which, as you can see, is characterized by large and easily visible icons ...) which, however, can be easily replaced by the classic EleUI.
As clearly suggested by the name, the Elephone G3 incorporates some features of the much more famous LG G3, including the rear volume management buttons located under the camera with LED flash.
Being a device designed for a different target, the technical specifications are completely "basic": 6572 Ghz Mediatek MT1.2 dual-core processor, 4.5-inch IPS display in WVGA resolution 854 x 480 pixels, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory and dual camera, of which the main 3 mega-pixel.
Elephone made the details of this G3 known only yesterday. Price and launch date have not been disclosed, but frankly we do not think it will have a higher price than 50 euro.
