The OnePlus One update corresponds to the code XNPH33R, and will arrive via OTA to all users who own the smartphone in the CyanogenMod version.
The main purpose of the update is to correct some problems with the touchscreen encountered by different users. According to Android Police, however, it seems that the problem is not completely resolved. Other new features include a reduction in energy consumption, which has increased following another update, and the security fix for the CVE-2014-4943 vulnerability.
If you do not want to wait for the update to arrive via OTA you can download the file from 66.6MB from Android Police, link at the bottom of the article, proceeding with the manual installation. The Android version will be the KTU84P, while the One version will be the XNPH33R.
