Last week, iOcean informed us about the imminent release of an Andorid 4.4 Kitkat beta for the Top Range iOcean X8, an octacore smartphone with a double glass Gorilla Glass panel (front and rear). After the announcement we asked iOcean to grant the possibility to test the updated version of the firmware to our readers. The answer was positive and here we are with the possibility to download the ROM.

Before downloading and installing on your X8 this Beta of Android 4.4 is good to bear in mind that it is a Beta version and that, therefore, the same will be affected by several bugs. The only purpose of installing this beta will be to report any bugs, in order to give us the possibility to pass this information to iOcean, which will solve them in the next release. If you think you might be bothered by an OS version with bugs, we recommend that you do not install the firmware.
