The Xiaomi Hongmi speculations of 2 generation were remarkable in the last period. What we had never heard of were the voices of a low-cost Hongmi, codenamed Hongmi 1S.
Today the Xiaomi Hongmi is the cheapest phone in the Chinese home ... right up to the present! Because in the coming weeks, in addition to the launch of the Xiaomi Hongmi 2, we could also see the Xiaomi Hongmi 1S.
However, it will not be a low-cost version with more specifications read, but simply the new entry-level Xiaomi.
According to the rumors' theHongmi 1S it should mount the processor quad-core Mediatek MT6588, Mali GPU 450 and probably also Full-HD display × 1920 0180. The launch price should be 799 ¥ (about 96 €).
Lo Xiaomi Hongmi 2 8-core, on the other hand, should be positioned in the immediate upper end of the market, that of 999 phones ¥ (about 120 €). To tell the truth ... there will also be another very hot news about the launch of the Xiaomi MI3S with Qualcomm processor Snapdragon 800 8974-AC, which is the 2,5 Ghz version, priced at ¥ 1999 (about 242 €).
All three phones, Hongmi 1S, Hongmi 2 and MI3S, should be launched immediately after the Chinese New Year celebrations, which this year falls on January 31.
