Oppo R829T receives the network license with Gorilla Glass, but lower specifications than expected

The Oppo R829T yesterday caused quite a stir when it was wrongly identified as the Oppo FIND 7 and then as a new business phone with Snapdragon 600; but today, unfortunately, new specifications reveal something far less exciting.

The enthusiasm for this elegant Oppo phone made with a glass body today is a bit obscured after the publication of data released by the Ministry of Communications revealed that the device will not have a Snapdragon CPU but a Mediatek quad-core chip. The list of specifications also speaks of a 5-inch 960 x 540 display, 1GB of RAM, 8 mega-pixel rear camera and XMUMX mega-pixel front.

Like theOppo R827T also the R829T will be a phone initially launched only in China and with only TD-SCDMA support.
