The GooPad has somehow managed to secure a good stock of 8core Samsung Exynos Octa 5410 processors for the production of its GooPad N8, a low-cost alternative to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.
It would be interesting to know what Samsung thinks of the GooPad N8, especially considering the fact that, in addition to being based on the design of the Korean company's device, it is also powered by the 8core chipset produced by Samsung itself!
The specifications are up to the standards we are accustomed to see on current Chinese tablets and include the aforementioned 8core CPU from 1,8 GHz, 2GB of RAM, IPS screen from 8 inches, 8 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front, 3G module , GPS and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.
The device is equipped with a single physical home button on the front just below the display and there are, on the basis of the tablet, the HDMI ports, USB and modules perscheda SIM and micro SD.
With the Samsung Octa-core CPU (big.LITTLE technology), performance and battery life should really be very good. Leaked news say that the N8 GooPad can even react 30.000 points in the Antutu benchmark!
The GooPad N8 is not yet easy to find, but some online retailers are offering the tablet from 8 in inches for the pre-order to 306 dollars (about 225 euro).
