The Bird Snapdragon XL will not be alone! Bird has given birth to another model that will position itself at a lower end of the market, the Snapdragon HD. New Mediatek MT6582 quad-core processor, support WCDMA network and price around 150 $ (about 109 €) the main features.
We do not know what happened in the Bird house, but whatever it is, we like it! With the launch of these two Android devices, the company, known as a low-cost company for the creation of feature-phones, has become one of the most talked about Chinese hi-tech companies of the moment. Of the first device, the 8-core Snapdragon XL, we have already spoken in a previous post; the second one, Snapdragon HD, is a cheap smartphone but with great possibilities, which we are sure will not disfigure at all against Xiaomi Hongmi.
In China, the HD Snapdragon will just cost 899 yuan (about 107 €), but unlike Xiaomi Hongmi, it will benefit from the support of the WCDMA network (and therefore many European 3Gs).
Snapdragon HD is equipped with MT6582 quad-core chipset from 1,3 Ghz, 1Gb of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 5-inch HD display and rear camera from 8 mega-pixel.
Bird Snapdragon HD should also come out in black, white and yellow versions.VIA CIZCHINA.COM]
